Terms and Conditions for Loveland Portal
As of February 18, 2026
By creating a profile on and accessing The Loveland Therapy Portal (the “Portal”) and participating in The
Loveland Foundation’s Therapy Fund Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following representations,
terms and conditions:
- You represent and agree that you are creating an account for yourself and not on behalf of another
individual.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
- You agree to promptly update all account information as necessary to ensure that it continues to be
accurate, current, and complete.
- You agree that you will be solely responsible for any errors in information you enter in the Portal (for
example, errors in bank account or mailing address information).
- You agree that you will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials, including your username and password.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any
other breach of account security.
- You agree to our Standard Procedures around Reimbursement, Communications, Access and Verification, and
Device Requirements. See [Therapist Guide] or [Participant
Guide]
- You acknowledge that the Loveland Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and
your participation in the Program if you fail to abide by these Portal Terms and Conditions or any other
requirements relating to the use of the Portal or participation in the Program, including the Terms and
Conditions for Therapy Fund Program or the Terms and Conditions for Participating Therapists, as
applicable.
Reimbursement
Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 30 days of a session’s completion. If a reimbursement is
not submitted within the required timeframe, we are not responsible for issuing payment or creating manual
workarounds outside of the Portal, regardless of whether the session was completed. Sessions created after
voucher expiry dates are not eligible for reimbursement.
Communications
We may contact you from time to time to support your participation in the Program and your use of the
Portal.
In order to properly support and serve you, we occasionally need to reach out and contact you, and may do so
in a variety of ways such as via text message, email or messaging functionality in the Portal. We want to
provide you options for receiving communications from us, and as such you may opt-in or opt-out of receiving
certain types of communications from us or sign up to receive certain kinds of messages from us. You will
need to notify us of any changes to your contact details to ensure your preferences are updated.
You will need to provide us with your telephone number and email address as part of your registration for
the Portal. You understand and agree that we may use your telephone number and/or email address for
multi-factor authentication (“MFA”), to confirm your identity and help protect the security of your account.
Part of the MFA identity verification process may involve us sending text messages to your telephone number
or messages to your email address containing security codes. You agree to receive these messages from us
containing security codes as part of the MFA process.
Portal Access and Verification
In order to access the Portal, you must have access to the email address and phone number associated with
your account. If you no longer have access to the email address or phone number associated with your
account, we will make efforts to reasonably verify your identity, including using available intake,
onboarding, and internal records, as well as any other information you provide to support such verification.
If, after such efforts, we are unable to reasonably verify your identity, we may not be able to restore
access to the Portal in order to ensure security of the information. In such cases, you may not be able to
continue to participate in the Program, even if earlier steps such as onboarding and registration were
completed.
We are not responsible for compensating you for services that cannot be processed due to access or
verification issues.
Basic Device Requirements
In order to participate in the Program, you must be able to meet the following basic device requirements:
- Reliable internet access.
- A working U.S. phone number that can receive verification codes.
- An active and accessible email address, and
- A laptop or desktop computer capable of accessing the Portal.
The Portal is not compatible
with smartphones, tablets, or other mobile devices, and functionality may be limited.
The Loveland
Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your participation in the Program if
you fail to abide by these Portal Terms and Conditions or any other requirements relating to the use of the
Portal or participation in the Program, including the Terms
and Conditions for Therapy Fund Program or the Terms and Conditions for
Participating Therapists, as applicable.
